We will take as much care as humanly possible to pack our items to minimize damage in transhipment.
Only local (Singapore) purchases will enjoy free shipping (unless otherwise stated).
All items will be shipped via SingPost World Wide Courier and we will choose the best possible price for shipping the item (e.g., saver box).
Damages & replacements:
If the item received is damage due to our negligence, we will gladly replace the item but such claims must be made immediately upon receiving the item. This is generally within 5 days of us sending out the item (unless otherwise stated).
Please send your claims email to email@example.com (subject: replacement) with photo evidence of the damage. All photo files are to be in jpg format and each file should not exceed the size of 1mb.
We will review your claim and if replacement is indeed necessary, you will be required to return the item in its entirety to us at your cost.
Once we receive the damaged item, we will do a replacement and send out at no extra cost to you.
COD is only available for local (Singapore) purchases.
International buyers are encouraged to use PayPal for quick transaction.
You can also do a bank transfer of funds. However, we will not bear the international transfer charges should you choose to pay via this method. Use the Money Order or Cashier's Check option as you check out your cart and leave us a note to tell us you want to pay via bank transfer and we will contact you with the account details.
